About the position:
In this role you will, manage aftermarket account needs and growth for Raymond National Account Customers around service, parts, rental, training and account execution by Sales and Support Centers.
This is a remote position. While travel needs vary by account, overall travel for this position is anticipated to be up to 60% monthly depending upon what the account needs are.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define customer-specific metrics, contract requirements, and implement methodology for collecting, analyzing, and communicating these to the S&SCs personnel and overseeing execution of the account.
- Assess performance and identify problem areas implementing corrective action where needed.
- Oversee local dealer teams account execution of the day-to-day customer needs and coach as needed.
- Gather local dealer feedback to better understand site-specific behaviors or conditions that may influence performance.
- Use qualitative customer data collection (i.e. surveys, site visits, webinars/teleconferences) to monitor customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity or improvement.
- Identify and prioritize customer needs and match Raymond / S&SC solutions to address.
- Develop account-specific pricing consistent with sales strategy.
- Develop account plans to grow existing aftermarket product business and add new aftermarket products where possible in partnership with the Raymond National Accounts Manager.
- Drive communications to the customer, local dealer, and Raymond.
- Elevate areas of concern and engage appropriate support personnel as needed.
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in business or a related field
- 5 or more years of professional aftermarket experience is required
- Previous material handling industry experience is required
- Project management and aftermarket customer facing experience required
- Ability to travel up to 60% required
About the total compensation package:
Salary - $105,441 - $135,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
