Position Title:            BRANCH COORDINATOR

Reports to:                 Customer Solutions Manager

 

Position Summary:

Provide support within all branch operations to ensure that business plans and profit goals are realized. Provide the customer with the highest level of customer support, meeting and exceeding customer expectations through communication and quality service.

 

Special Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills. Solid leadership ability.  Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft products. Professional attitude and appearance. Well organized; able to multi-task.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate department or person.
  2. Assist Service Dispatcher with telephones, customer, and service technician support.
  3. Provide clerical support assisting Customer Solutions Manager on projects, spreadsheets, and memos.
  4. Assist managers and sales personnel with preparation of correspondence, quotations, equipment proposals, etc.
  5. Maintain filing system.
  6. Administer all aspects of the work order and invoice process to produce service revenue from customer, internal and warranty accounts.
  7. Invoice and file all service warranty claims with manufacturer, monitoring through credit receipt.
  8. Assist management with special projects in supporting the departments and the customer.
  9. Organize and maintain all files and records.
  10. Order and maintain sufficient levels of office supplies.
  11. Process new truck installations with manufacturer.
  12. Assist in coordination of rental, demo, and loaner equipment freight arrangements.
  13. Work with all departments and employees to ensure quality of customer service.

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED 

Experience Required: Must have at least two (2) years of experience working in an administrative capacity (experience with Microsoft Office products is required)

-Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
