Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify and qualify new customers and potential opportunities
  • Identify all equipment sales and service contracts and evaluate as to the potential and resources needed to convert to a new customer
  • Prioritize all prospects, develop and implement conversion sales plan.
  • Familiarize each prospect with the full range of Heubel – Shaw’s products and service and promote the benefits resulting from their use.
  • Create and develop strong, productive relationships with clients.
  • Provide regular reports to management as required.
  • Support the development of department and corporate sales and marketing plans.
  • Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Work with all departments and employees to ensure quality of customer service.



Ideal candidate will possess: 

-Prior industry or similar experience is desirable but not required. 

-Strong interpersonal skills, positive winning attitude, good presentation skills, ability to relate sales objectives to customer needs and articulate business benefits to the prospect in a way that results in sales. 

-Ability to establish and develop relationships that promote aftermarket sales on a continuing basis. 

-Use analytical skills to utilize market research to support sales efforts.



Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

-Must maintain valid Driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and must show proof of current car insurance.
