About the position:
Manager of our Customer Intelligence (CI) team leads a group of Professional Services personnel and Data Analysts as they drive customer success by determining areas of improvement within their warehouse operations. The CI Manager determines best practices for team alignment with customers as well as cross-functional internal teams to meet the goals of the customer and to improve warehouse operations.
- Monitor and track customer orders and hours for Professional Services
- Act as a liaison between the CI team, Field Service, Engineering and IT to help identify and resolve data anomalies.
- Understand how data and technology can be used to establish baseline efficiencies; Participates in and contributes to technical design sessions for telematics and warehouse optimization solutions with the customer and cross-functional internal teams.

- Mentor and coach the team on best practices in data analytics/science
- Understand and resolve customers concerns regarding the data
- Develop standards for business reviews and report development
- Works with team and IT to identify new data applications and processes that help better serve entire team and business area
- Working with upper management, assists with the development of project plans, goals and objectives in support of the Company’s Strategic Plan. Cascades information regarding Strategic Plan to subordinates to ensure functional area is fully aligned with organization.
- Provides support with budget development. Manages budget and utilizes corporate resources to maximize effectiveness, recognizing the group’s impact on the corporate bottom line.
- Mentors and coaches employees, sharing job specific knowledge. Encourages training and development opportunities.
- Manages performance through clear goal setting; engages in timely and meaningful performance evaluations and discussions to foster an environment of open communication.
- Demonstrates functional expertise, business acumen, and technical competencies and provides leadership in these areas.
- Creates an environment that fosters and supports continuous improvement and demonstrates a sense of urgency that results in a commitment to quality results.

About the schedule:
This position will work onsite 2 – 3 days per week with a hybrid schedule at our Greene, NY facility.
About you:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
- Five or more years of professional and/or management experience is required.
- Experience in the technical competencies of the functional areas of responsibility is preferred.
- Previous warehousing or material handling industry experience is preferred
- Continuous Improvement, Toyota Production System, or Lean Management experience strongly preferred
It would be great if you had:
- Experience leading a fully remote team
- SQL Server Experience
- Project Management Background
- Knowledge in Cloud based data architecture – Databricks, Snowflake, AWS
- Proficient in Python and R Programming
- Collaborative leadership style
- Experience with implementing continuous improvement
- Understanding of warehousing environments, especially where the use of telematics is applied in such an environment (Warehouse management role)
About the total compensation package:
Salary - Salaries beginning at $115000 / year
Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
