TMHNA is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation designed to add unprecedented efficiency to its operation and improve the customer experience for its large customer base. As a part of this digital transformation, TMHNA is developing and installing a highly integrated Dealer Management System (DMS) across its entire dealer network. The platform will be highly integrated with our corporate system and will connect data and information across dealer territories. The DMS is central to many of TMHNA’s most strategic initiatives and vision for the future.

 

About our department:

Our department’s role is to cultivate good relationships with TMHNA dealerships while ensuring governance, integrity, accuracy, and timely completion of all requirements, through all phases of the DMS implementation for each dealership.

 

About the position:

We’re looking for a Data Facilitator to manage the delivery of data preparation phase activities and outcomes to receive, validate, and load dealer data into the Dealer Management System (DMS) environment accurately. The selected individual will collaborate with the technical environment and data lead to ensure the latest DMS validation rules and DMS data tool setup are ready for use. The Data Facilitator communicates progress, risks, and decisions for the dealer DMS data preparation phase with TMHNA and the dealer throughout the project. The successful candidate will have a proven history of bringing programs to completion, meeting or exceeding quality and on-time delivery requirements.

You will:  

  • During the data preparation phaseDevelop a detailed (level 3) schedule that aligns with the overall dealer deployment plan. Verify data-related entry/exit criteria are met for this phase, including hand over from the engagement phase. Confirm that dealer data mapping documents and processes are complete. Review/update data transformation and cleansing rules. Ensure dealer data pipeline, configurations, and Talend Tool (extraction, transformation, and loading tool) setup. Ensure data pipelines are executed, and that dealer data is loaded into the environment accurately.
  • During the deployment phases – Facilitate to ensure incremental dealer data is received in the required format, validated against DMS data rules, cleaned, and loaded in the environment accurately to support UAT testing and DMS Deployment. Facilitate issue resolution for data-related incidents.

Must be able to gain consensus and deal with sensitive issues in a tactful manner.  Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate interdepartmental activities, as well as strong organizational ability and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

 

About you:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least four years of broad experience in data migration coordination is required.
  • Microsoft Business Central experience is beneficial.
  • Experience working in material handling or other durable goods manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

 

 

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $64,400 - $82,400 per year.  Compensation commensurate with selected candidate’s experience.
