GREENE, N.Y. — Raymond's Ray of Hope Greene team was proud to participate in the 23rd Annual Making Strides against Breast Cancer 5k in Binghamton, NY.

The walk, held on October 21st, was the capstone of earlier fundraising events led by Raymond associates that included a Jeans Day fundraiser, a bake sale and a handmade broom raffle. Employee donations from these efforts totaled more than $1,600.

A team of Raymond supporters and survivors represented Raymond on this cold and blustery day, wearing their colorful blue Ray of Hope t-shirts designed by our talented in-house Marketing group. Thanks to the associates and their friends and families for providing their support.

Special thanks to Jim O'Brien, VP of Raymond Leasing and Telematics, and to Kristina Albrecht, Marketing Specialist, for their leadership at the event. Kristina represented Raymond as the Chairwoman of the 2019 Making Strides 5K, and Jim volunteered as an ambassador for the Real Men Wear Pink campaign.

The Raymond Corporation through the Raymond Foundation made an additional contribution which included sponsorship of the event's Breast Cancer Survivor Breakfast. In total, Raymond and Raymond associates donated more than $3,100 to this cause.
